Everything We Learned This Summer
It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to summer. It’s been one helluva ride. But before we head off into the three-day weekend to end summer 2012 with a barbecue-sauce-fingerprinted exclamation point, we’d like to relive some of our favorite memories from the past few months here on Kempt. (And leave you with something to keep you occupied until we return to our regularly scheduled Kempt-ness on Tuesday.)
Herewith, the laughs, the cries, the friends and the scrapes we picked up along the way: the Best of Kempt, Summer 2012. See you next Tuesday…
Leo looked lousy.
Stevie makes the icon list.
Cosby, sans sweater, in pictures.
It was a summer of Costas.
Summer = bikinis + books.
Our favorite new weekender bag.
We learned proper houseguesting.
How tiny San Marino managed to turn heads at the Olympics.
Summer’s best odd couple: chest hair and necklaces.
Pastis, people. Pastis.
Hip, hip, beret.
The only golf style story you need to see, ever.
We debated sporting Chubbies.
We took ourselves out to the ball game right.
The unlikely style of the disenfranchised youth.
We learned about this Euro 2012 thing.
Then we hung out with Ron Swanson.
We saluted iconic stunt doubles.
And momentarily got lost in the hype of Fifty Shades of Chambray.
Had a curious run-in with a bar of Nubian goat milk soap.
And ran with the bulls with a real-life Hemingway. Sort of.
