Kempt Man of the Hour: Andrew Saffir

It was merely a matter of time ’till Andrew Saffir snagged his first MOTH. Saffir, one of the best-dressed men in town, is also one of the most visible; he hosts some of the hottest movie premieres in the city as founder of the chic Cinema Society.
At a dinner for *Marie Claire* magazine at Milk Studios the other night, the former Ralph Lauren exec and Hamptons habitué turned out in a *haute* hacking jacket and cargo pants combo that radiated sporty elegance.
The herringbone pattern jacket, from Downtown dandy depot Lord Willy’s, was tricked out with a lavender lining and lavender stitching on the buttonholes, picking up on the custom made lavender dress shirt courtesy of a Neapolitan craftsman. Dove-gray wool and cashmere cargo pants by Brunello Cucinelli and a pair of black calf double monkstrap shoes by John Lobb rounded out the urbane ensemble—as did decorative socialite Olivia Chantecaille.
