Score one more for the slick-bastard corner of workwear.
This snap comes from Pitti Uomo, where the Selectism chaps took a look at the Filson Black Label’s Italian stock. It turns out, even the drab-on-purpose field jackets start to look pretty sharp when you dye them purple.
Naturally it doesn’t hurt if you throw in a 70s style collar and a neckerchief underneath. (Also, this being Pitti Uomo, we can safely assume he’s not wearing socks.) The end result is something like Tony Manero on safari.
We’d pay to see that.
