DC United’s Ben Olsen on Coaching Style and Personal Swagger

MLS: Champions League-Waterhouse FC at D.C. UnitedBen Olsen has been a fixture with DC United since 1997, as a player and now as their head coach. This year, he authored the greatest turnaround in MLS history, as United went from three wins in 2013 to 17 wins this year and the top seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs.

The French Open kicked off this weekend and it reminded us of how tennis players have been, historically speaking, a pretty stylish bunch.

The Real Winners of Last Night’s NFL Draft

A few 20-year-olds became millionaires last night.

And while the sports pundits and analysts were fussing over where Johnny Football was going to land in the first round of the NFL draft, we were keeping an eye on the menswear. Considering the shaky track record of athlete style, we were pleasantly surprised to see these young men out there flourishing. No one knocked it out of the park, but there definitely were some early signs of style superstars in the making.
