Whatever the case, dust off your blue suede shoes for Phoenix Project, a new company from the folks behind Bench & Loom. They’ve teamed up with film studios, music labels and museum curators—and just about anyone else with an authority on the cool of yesteryear—to resurrect the wares from history’s most stylish icons.
Everything is limited-run and hand-numbered, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. But don’t worry, they’ll have new collections up for consideration every six to eight weeks (oh yeah, you’ll get to vote on what actually makes it to production).
