This Sunday marks the 224th anniversary of the storming of the Bastille. Which means, well—not a whole lot, really. It was a fortress, the people stormed it. But it does provide a nice excuse to celebrate the many gifts of France.
For you, that means wearing a beret, drinking champagne, eating a macaron made from a baguette. Here at Kempt, that means tipping our hat to some of the dapper men who’ve made life a bit more beautiful by existing. (There’s also champagne.)
