Chicago seems to have a knack for producing good design—from the likes of Frank Lloyd Wright to Mies van der Rohe.

And now: a little upstart menswear brand by the name of Glass House Shirtmakers.

As you may have guessed by the name, they make shirts—beautiful shirts—designed and manufactured in the Windy City by an operation that’s dedicated to ethical practices and total transparency (you appreciate a shirt that can be honest).

Anyway, if trim and tailored shirts made with single-needle construction and sustainable corozo buttons are your thing, add these to your rotation.

If shirts made with built-in pocket protectors are your thing, well, these probably aren’t for you.
